Return Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they form a binding agreement between you and Match2Play. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  1. The item must be in the original packaging.
  1. we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
  1. If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a discount code for the value of your return.
  1. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you.

The withdrawal request will be subject to an evaluation to verify if the product was used or destroyed, even if partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Return conditions.

Incorrect Address: If you or your end customer provide an address the courier deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).

Unclaimed: Unclaimed Shipments are returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to you or the destination (if applicable).

Before returning any product, contact our team to resolve any problem.

 Product returns: Due to size changes, they will be at your own expense and discretion.

Notification to EU consumers: According to article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right withdrawal cannot be foreseen:

  1. the supply of goods manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  2. sealed products that were unsealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore, Match2Play reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed by the English language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
